Creativity for Kids has an exciting beach theme arts & crafts kit out called Beach Buddies Shell Crafts. The Beach Buddies Kit was a big hit with my son, as soon as he saw the sea shells & the felt shapes, the flood of excitement rushed in. It reminded him of our trip to the beach.
He loved painting the shells, I think that was his favorite job in the kit. His two favorite shapes were the Sea Horse and the Crab and he loved putting the eyes on the creatures he created. We glued felt piece and shells for fins.

"Crazy Mom forgot to use newspaper under the project, so I had a little extra clean up with the paint and glue. I did remember to put old shirts on us before painting."
We had a great time on this rainy afternoon with the Beach Buddies and we remembered our trips to the beach. Creativity for Kids always have great craft projects and this is one of them.

They have so many cute things! I would like to get my nephews the wee enchanted garden. Living in Phoenix it would be nice if they could see that plants do actually grow!
