Are you ready for Daylight Savings? From UL

Heads up - Daylight Savings Time officially ends Saturday, November 5, 2011!

While you're turning your clocks back, there are a few other important things you can do to help keep your family safe:
  • Replace your Smoke Detector battery
  • Replace your CO Detector battery
  • Replace your 100-watt light bulbs with LED bulbs (in just a few months, 100-watt bulbs will be gone)
Make sure you have the latest information on how to help keep your family safe by clicking here to Commit a Minute to Safety! Once you've changed your batteries, check that the detectors work and your family knows what they sound like. Then, Commit a Minute to Safety and help us spread the word by forwarding this message to your friends and family.

  1. We don't change our clocks in Hawaii, but thanks for the reminder about changing the batteries!
