I learned it is best to Sleep in a cool, dark room and find something relaxing to do close to bedtime such as reading or listening to music. Be sure to go to bed and wake up at about the same time every day to keep the sleep-wake clock regular

I like the article about dogs having a allergies. A lot of people don't know that but my dog has very severe allergies and it took a long time to find a medication to help her!

I learnt that working out for 20 to 30 minutes a day enhances sleep but this should be done early in the day, if you work out before bedtime it will only make falling asleep more difficult

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, sleepwalking is a disorder that occurs when people walk or do another activity while they are still asleep.
