Peanut Butter Cookies For Santa

3/4 cup sugar according to how
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Roll balls or spoon on to cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 8 to 10 min. They get harder as they cool.

*note if you want crunchy peanut butter balls, add 1/2 cup crumbled cornflakes and roll into balls
