I need a cup of coffee in the morning to get me going. Since being a busy mom, I crave the start to my day. Most coffee makers use a drip system, which can compact the coffee grounds and bring out too much of the bitterness of the beans. In contrast, the iCoffee by Remington machine steams the grounds, before using hot water jets to stir the grounds, extracting the maximum amount of great flavor.

    I like that the process eliminates most of the acid taste that I dislike in coffee.

    I like that it releases more flavor from the same amount of coffee and allows you to use less coffee to achieve the same boldness.
