What's the best potty training tip you could give another mom. Buying my son Iron Man underwear made him ready to fully train. I help my youngest with magic color (Food Coloring squirted) in the potty.

dont rush them...when they are ready they will let you know..if you train when they are ready it happens a lot faster.
Make it fun! Make every success a celebration, don't sweat the mistakes.
I'd say to make sure they are showing signs of being ready and then don't give up when you start! :-)
start with a schedule for just going an trying, ususally first thing in the morning and then after each meal
when I potty trained my boys I always had balloons and other prizes for when they pottied.
Patience... its the best thing to have! lots and lots of patience!
They will let you know when they are ready
when they go for the first time overly reward them and everytime after that for about a week they will get so used to it and then you can ease on the rewards
Definitely follow their lead!
Use a potty seat on the big toilet and have a training potty easily accessible in a main Rom so they have the opportunity to go as spoons as they need to with help or without.
Have patience so you don't get caught off guard by a mistake or set back.
Be Patient!! They will want to be potty trained once they are ready!
Allow for accidents - it's going to happen. BE patient.
Have patience and don't push. Be encouraging without being overbearing!
sit with your child
