My best tip for back to school is to make sure everybody starts going to bed early at least a week before.
Start organized. Have a designated place for each child's backpack, lunch boxes, and belongings.

My favorite back to school tip is to make sure that everything is ready for the net day before going to bed. Pick out clothing, make sure bookbags and shoes are by the door with everything needed in them, prepack lunches and set the table for breakfast before going to bed.

My favorite back to school tip is to start putting the kids early to bed a week or two before school. It will help with the transition!
We get everything ready the night before so there is less rushing around.
I don't have kids, but I used to be a kid! LOL One of the things that my mom did each year that was intangible but very important was to remind me every year that I was special on my own. I didn't have to fit in and I didn't need the approval of anyone. To be myself and not let others change me or decide for me. I think this is great advice to give every kid every year before school starts and the peer pressure and bullying begins for the year.
My tip is to have everything ready to go the night before-- put backpacks by the door and set the clothes out.
