Some must haves for me are magnesium, potassium and calcium. The magnesium helps with my frequent headaches, the calcium helps me to not retain water and the calcium because I don't want osteoporosis.
If lucky enough to win, I would probably get some Melatonin Gummies to help with my insomnia and some of the Ultra Woman™ 50 Plus Multi-Vitamins!

I would get a women's daily multi-vitamin.
You cab be sure if I win this would be used on Vitamins A - Z. At the present time I am in need of maintaining vitamins, as my intake has declined since undergoing an operation. But more important, I would suggest that everyone fill this out because you never can be to healthy!
