Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Flashlight Review & Giveaway

Can't count the endless number of things we need a flashlight for around our home and on the go. Emergency preparness for storm and loss of electricity is top on the list for good strong flashlight. Rayovac Roughneck is great for running out in the dark, home improvements, camping, and just shadow playtime with the children. I like specifically that it uses AA batteries, a cheaper battery, and recharable ones are common with this size.

We've had the opportunity to try the Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Flashlight. Camping a weekend back displaying a wide range of light and then pulling in a direct beam to check our hot dogs. My sons are scared of the dark & made sure we keep the flashlight on.

The Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Technical Details:

• High performance Cree LED lasts 100,000 hours and never needs replacing; 120 lumens
• Adjustable spot to flood focus beam with easy to use thumb switch; magnifier lens provides long range beam
• Features an ABS body, comfort rubber grip, and handy hanging ring for easy storage
• Runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries (included); run time 4 hours
• Withstands a 5 foot drop test; water resistant

Make sure to follow Rayovac on facebook to keep up with the latest promotions and new products. I know they keep events going all the time and you do not want to miss out. Also thanks to Rayovac for providing 2 Rayovac Roughneck L.E.D. Focus Control Flashlight for giveaway.

Must Have Dale & Thomas Popcorn

Dale & Thomas has the best gourmet popcorn hands down. I thought I had tried great popcorn before, no way. I was mesmerized at first taste with freshness of each mouth watering bite sent in a nice gift box.

I was totally in love and if anyone wants to get me something for Christmas I would love my  two favorite Dale & Thomas popcorn, " Twice-As-Nice Chocolate Drizzlecorn & Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Drizzlecorn." Both is popcorn heaven, I could really over indulge on them.

Others we enjoyed are Chocolate Chunck N'Caramel Popcorn, Southwest Chipotle Cheddar Kettle Corn, Dale's Caramel Popcorn. I enjoyed the mixture of the Chocolate N'Caramel; however, the complete caramel was a little too much for my teeth. Not to mention I'm not much of a caramel person so that may be why. I'm also not much of a spicy eater either but, my husband said he liked the Southwest Chipotle and we all adored the Hall of Fame Kettle Corn.

Dale & Thomas Popcorn is the best tasting Gourmet Popcorn I've tried. For $5.00 off your order use Promo Code BB5 at checkout expires 2/28/12. Follow Dale & Thomas on facebook to keep up with the latest news.

Rothschild Jacket Giveaway & Review

Going to school early in the morning my son replies I can't take this cold freezing weather. When he said that, we wasn't even getting a hard frost on the ground. I told him it is only going to get colder. I thought about the hooded insulated jackets I'd seen from Rothschild and thought that might help.

The Rothschild Captain of the Team Active Jacket arrived. Immediately the zipper attached/un-attachable hood with mix of poly fleece and nylon lining stood out, I can make him cover his ears with extra velcro close. Since school started he's had recurrent ear infections. Zipper up jacket and button close with nylon lining helps make it wind resistant and light weight. Light weight is important for 4 yrs or they feel confined and my son does not like feel hindered.

We review the Navy Rothschild Captain of the Team Active Jacket and it has print & patch on the arms. One front top zipper pocket and two large pockets at the bottom. It also has one hidden pocket inside and this jacket is machine washable. Just a note that the black Captain of the Team Jacket has a few different features than the Navy if you choose that color style.

Additional Information

• Zip front and snap button placket closure
• Poly fleece lining inside at back
• Super woven nylon lining
• Wind resistant
• Breathable
• Rib knit cuffs and collar
• Insulated for maximum warmth with minimal weight
• 100% polyester

Now my son is warm and cozy thanks to Rothschild and thanks to Rothschild one lucky winner will win jacket of choice. Make sure you stop by and give Rothschild a follow on Facebook.

Ugly Sofa Christmas Stocking Giveaway & Review

It's time to hang those stockings and I can tell you the stockings from Ugly Sofa are heavy duty to hold all you can fill in it. Quilted Recession Christmas Stockings are thick and constructed very well. The design details are simply adorable and stylish. The best part they are only $9.99

We reviewed the dog stocking and I loved how the dog scarf overlapped and went out the side of the stocking. It is a beautiful design and the stitch work was really nice. Ugly Sofa, has no ugly stocking, it gives me the warmth of good old fashion Christmas.

Hormel Country Crock Side Dish Challenge + Giveaway

I just took the Hormel™Country Crock® “Side Dish Challenge." My husband had to work Thanksgiving night so we did the test run with the Hormel Country Crock with the meal I prepared for us. I then served dinner & left overs to my guest that visited Thanksgiving Night. I have to admitted I kind of felt like a cheat cooking or should I say heating up in the microwave. Really the main things I had to cook was dressing and beans, and pumpkin pie, then the turkey for my guests. I even bought a pre-cooked ham that I just heated.

My husband was expecting his moms recipe of stewed potatoes, well instead he got the Hormel Country Crock loaded potatoes. They were our favorite, so delicious and flavorful made with 100% Russet Potatoes, sour cream, bacon, and chives. These are a must try easy side dish!!

We also enjoyed the Hormel County Crock Cheddar Broccoli Rice made with real cheese and nice chucks of broccoli and turned out to be my moms favorite side dish. The side dish of mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg was ok plain, but I thought it would be better mixed up into a sweet potato pie so, I will have to try that for Christmas. Hormel County Crock Cinnamon Apples was a great dessert and true to the package it is perfect with ice cream.

These side dishes made my meals less stressful. Thanks to Hormel one of my readers will win 4 coupons for Hormel™Country Crock® Side Dishes of their choice and don't forget to follow Hormel on facebook.

Uncle Milton Fireworks in my room + Moon in my room

Uncle Milton toys are the leader in exploration of young minds. Such fun interactive toys that inspire curiosity in children. Fireworks in my room creates fun fireworks display right in your home and my boys thought it was amazing. My son would not go to preschool without it, he said his class had to see it. I took it and asked the teacher could we do a fireworks show. His classmates really enjoyed.

Simply pull the pump and squeeze the trigger for a display of fireworks blow up from small to a large explosion of color. Just squeezing the trigger displays light design without expanding it. Turn wheel to view assortment of firework displays. The explosion sounds is like full effect show and it would be one feature I would like to have the option to turn off at times.

My son fascinated with the solar system is in awe of the planets, stars, and the moon. Uncle Milton's moon in my room puts him in charge of the moons phases with remote control. Uncle Milton Moon in my room has auto shut off to save on batteries.

Uncle Milton toys would be just perfect under your tree. Don't for get to follow Uncle Milton on twitter @unclemiltontoys  and on facebook to keep up with the latest products and promotions. Check out cool video on their Youtube Channel.
